Best Areas for Pool Villas

Central Hua Hin

Within 5KM of BluPort / Market Village:  Higher demand and pricing, it’s not easy to find new and modern villas downtown, except for a few new projects where prices range from around 15m+. Renovated pool villas in central Hua Hin, you might find in good areas such as Soi 94 or Soi 102 starting around 8.5m Baht. 

Hin Lek Fai (west Hua Hin, soi 70)

An area abundant with new pool villa projects with a wide range from budget to luxury. Perks of this area are easy access to Hua Hin International School and Black Mountain Golf Course, numerous restaurants, cafes and workspaces. This location pretty much has something for everyone. The vibe here is not so picturesque and quite dense and busy, although convenient. This would be one of the areas where you can become quickly overwhelmed with pool villa projects that all look very much the same.  

Thab Tai (south – south west, soi 88-112)

A large area that encompasses a wide space, full of pool villa projects old and new. Villa projects here tend to be hitting the mid-high end, with a few well-priced resales also coming up now and again. 

The North

Less desirable as a residential area due to an industrial vibe, this is where most of the ‘too good to be true’ type listings you see are likely to be located. If you see something and think, “Wow, why is that so cheap?”, It’s probably located in the north – Smor Prong, Soi 6 area, or Bo Fai. If you’ve seen a listing that looks too good to be true and want a second opinion, just send it to us — we’ll tell you honestly what we think.

Khao Tao (south Hua Hin)

Located just south of Hua Hin, Khao Tao offers a quieter environment with easy access to the beach and a growing number of quality developments. This is definitely a favorite area with limited land available so expect premium prices. 

Wang Pong (south Hua Hin)

This area is a well-kept secret that has been getting out. Easy access to Hua Hin and Pranburi and the beaches of Khao Tao and Suan Son, mountains and valleys, and a peaceful feel, with a surprisingly good array of pool villas from Entry level to Ultra-luxury

Khao Kalok / Paknampran (south)

Another area that is developing quickly, but retaining its authentic feel. Only 30 minutes south of Hua Hin, you are in another world! This is one area to watch for sure. There are several new pool villa developments coming up here and we have a great new one to present (COMING SOON!)

Sam Roi Yot (very south, 40 minutes)

If you know, you know! The kind of place you fall in love with on the first visit. Gorgeous beaches, mountain vistas, and an undeveloped feel which is fantastic, but real, so there is limited inventory here, but we have our finger on the pulse!
